NewChic Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time of NewChic depends on several factors including a destination address, as well as the time to prepare the product for shipment. NewChic only ships to a small number of countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and some countries in Southeast Asia. The shipping of NewChic is not free. The total shipping cost is calculated based on the package weight and the destination. NewChic offers two types of shipping options: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. Standard shipping will cost you US$ 4.99 and it will take 7 – 14 business days to receive the product. On the other hand, Expedited Shipping will cost you US$ 15.00 and it will take 3 – 6 business days to receive the product.

Return Policy of Newchic

Newchic supports returns & refunds and they have an excellent return policy. Newchic allows customers to return the items. However, there are some restrictions about returning the products –

• All purchases can be returned within 30 days after receiving the package; except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories
• The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, as well as all the items in the package must be intact
• If the package is not in its actual condition, then the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued
• The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee

Purchase not eligible for 30-day return or refund policy if –

• The product serial number and product were not distributed by Newchic
• Goods have been worn and damaged, stretched, or contaminated
• Goods were damaged or worn out by improper use
• Goods are returned without included accessories
• Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments
• Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation
• Partial goods of a complete set are to be returned
• The claim is made more than 30 days after you received the goods

“I ordered something 30 days ago and did not receive my item. I email Newchic about this and they tell me that the item I ordered was discontinued. I don’t care that i didn’t get the thing I ordered the thing I care about is that Newchic advertised the clothing and now after 30 days of nothing they don’t even inform me about it and I had to ask about it before being told. Just terrible just remove those items if you don’t even sell them anymore.”

“This item was advertised as being a blue/white gingham-checkered material. It was black. I asked for a replacement and the one shipped was also black and white. I’d say this is false advertising as the pictures showed the item as a NOTICEABLE bright blue/white color. If it is considered blue/white then it would be the darkest blue I’ve seen. I’d ask for my money back but it’s probably too late.”

“Quality and size vary, for example, the floral blue shirt fits perfectly, however, the thread is coming out from the inside, due to poor quality, and this is even washing it before use. As for size 2 out of the 4 items bought are way too big. Would need to spend money to alter it and wear it. Would not recommend this to anyone.”

Asked for a refund the live support guy just left the chat and the website itself is poorly programmed proving it’s a sketchy and dodgy company as it is. Still trying to get a refund myself for an order that isn’t even shipped and still waiting ages for another order I’m unsure if it is even coming or not.”

Is NewChic Legit or a Scam?

Newchic is in the business for more than 8 years. So it is fair to say that Newchic is not a scam. However, if you check the customer feedback of Newchic then you will see all the negative reviews are about delayed delivery, poor customer service, poor product quality, complaints about defective products, etc. So, if you place an order in Newchic then you will receive the product but you have to worry about the quality of the products.
