Roles & Responsibilities Of Management Trainees
The Management Trainees will be responsible for learning about the company and its products. They will be assigned to a department and will be given an opportunity to explore different aspects of the company. The Management Trainees will work closely with other members of the team.

15. Preparing budgets for new product lines or process improvements.

17. Preparing budgets for line extensions, expansions, reductions, closings, shutdowns, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.
Requirements To Become A Management Trainee
To become a Management Trainee, you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. You will also need to have at least two years of experience in management-level positions in an industry setting, and proven success in the following areas:
