Bed Bath & Beyond has a return policy that saves customers both time and money. If you don’t like an item that was just bought, the retailer will accept returns of previously owned items up to 90 days after purchase. However, this is only true if the original receipt is provided to process a full refund at the original price paid if you paid with cash or a credit card. For purchases made on a gift card, Bed Bath & Beyond instead provides merchandise credit in its place.

- You can return a purchased product at BB&B in-store as well as online

You can then write to or call Customer Service and ask them for assistance with finding out any details related to your order such as what address you were billed for which would help them locate where your package is currently.
Frequent crafters and DIY fans will enjoy returning items without a receipt, but this alternative may not be so desirable for other customers who intend to purchase electronics, appliances and other more costly products that cannot be returned without including a receipt. Bed, Bath & Beyond have a very straightforward refund policy. If you would like to return an item that was purchased in store, then you’ll simply exchange it for something else or get a refund. If the original purchase is made with a non-gift card form of payment then the Bed, Bath & beyond refund can be done through an additional store-issued gift card or by giving the user cash back or a credit added to their account so they can be used again in store. For purchases which are made over the internet or via mail order catalogs, they’ll either arrange for someone to collect their goods at home – or they’ll send you an address label in order to pack up your items and add them to your next delivery if it’s a high cost item. Once we have received your item you will also get a full online refund. The process begins as soon as we receive your items and ends once we’ve fully processed everything and given you a final sum on receipt of all your packed up goods.
Exceptions to the Bed, Bath, and Beyond return policy vary depending on whether you’re a member or not. Some items such as DVDs, CDs, video games, toys, software, and special order merchandise may have different policies that accompany them than those of the company’s standard 90-day return policy. If you’re unsure about an item’s return policy before buying it, we recommend calling one of these numbers: 1-877-294-6637 (for members) or 1-888-222-6097 (for non-members) to ask a representative before purchasing either online or at your local BB&B store.
