How Can Amazon Support Me?
To recover your account, the first thing to do is contact seller support. This is an excellent alternative to a phone call, as you will be able to clearly convey your situation via a chat box or e-mail. They understand that being locked out of your business account is frustrating and when it does happen, their network technicians are here to assist with a myriad of issues including password recovery!
If you come across problems related to payment issues or product listings getting deleted, Seller Support will help you with contacting the appropriate departments. There are multiple teams in Amazon, so be sure to make them aware of what you think your issue is and they should be able to get you on the right route.
Is Amazon Customer Service Great?
E-commerce is the main focus of the Amazon corporation. It has been the market leader in e-commerce since it started out way back when on July 5th, 1994. However, you should be prepared to wait up to thirty minutes on hold before being put through to a representative as this company is very big and also very popular which may lead to a few callers and/or email inquiries being placed at any one time so what takes minutes for some may take hours for others.
Most customers often prefer to contact customer service by Amazon phone number since it allows them to get things fixed right away. Amazon will often place your number on hold and ring you back as soon as one of their customer service agents becomes available. If you’d rather email Amazon, you can do so while being sure they might take a while to respond. This is wonderful for non-urgent issues.
Although Amazon sells and ships many of its items directly, there are also products available from third-party sellers who may not be selling their items through the main Amazon website but still on Amazon.com. If you have a query about one of these products or are having an issue with a seller please contact the merchant directly. We’ve started various ways of contacting a seller on Amazon above.
